When the stroll gets dry. Remember it takes 1:15 to drive to Kensington. The selection there is quite large. So, 2 hrs 30 min for round trip travel plus 1 hr 30 min for 2 or 3 BBBJ is a total of 4 hrs. So an alternative to circling a dead stroll for hours just may be a trip to Kenso. Just a thought.

Yes, it is active stroll and you will rarely strike out if you don't give much thought to who you pick up. But its full of zombies and the hardest of the drug addicts. Your biggest problem wouldn't be getting them in your car, it will be how they could live without their candy for an overnight stay, such as the one you are suggesting.
Could I make an alternative suggestion? Look for an Air B&B in a nearby neighborhood. Overnights can be as cheap as $60-$75, the same price as a tank of gas from Jersey City to Philly and back. Or motel room nearby. Then hit Kensington Avenue to your heart's delight, day and night and pick up as many as your wallet allows. For all this talk of dead strolls, I have gotten action in both Camden and Newark in the last month. Not saying it was chock full of choices but they are out there. Just trying to help.
