I spent many hours in Rickey's when I was younger. Sometimes my good friend and I would go there together. Right after Paul would ring the bell for doubles, my friend would order 2 or 3 bourbon and cokes to have 4 to 6 drinks in front of him. I was a beer drinker. Great memories! Never had a problem.

I went to the UW in Madison from 1974 to 1977 to complete degree work started in Milwaukee. While there, my friend and I discovered the Dangle. It was a full nude strip club right in the shadow of the State Capitol. That was a great place, lots of class. Another great set of memories.

You could see Mayor Paul Soglin in there, and the Mustang Lounge next door with the black bartender with the most perfect anti-gravity tits I've ever seen on a human being. Go next door to the Main King Tap (it had doors that opened both on Main and KIng Street) voted the bar most likely the place for you to get knifed by a cockroach. There were two massage parlors on Main and one on King street, and hookers were as thick as fleas around there. It was great with the Capital just katty-wampus from it all. A friend of mine drove cab back then, and he'd park in front of the Dangle in the wintertime and let hookers sit in his cab to get warm. $1 to sit. If he got a call in a half hour, your coochie was warm for 1/2 hour. If he got a call in four minutes, you got the fuck out and he'd be back after his run. You could pay another buck to get back in. He made as much warming coochie as he did in cabbing tips.

Man, those WERE the days!

I don't know about you guys but I miss the beer, sweat, perfume, and pussy in your face smell at the clubs. I'm thinking this weekend is the time to head back and get a few dances from some strippers and watch some NCAA basketball on the TV. I know, I know, the strip club scene in Milwaukee sucks but what is out there now? Silk? Encore? Anything else? (Club Bristol is closed for a bit) I don't mind an hour drive if the results are some nipple sucking and ass grabbing. Extras are also a plus. I'm getting burned out with the escort thing. I'm keen on going to Rickey's at some point this year, but your report of $40 dances is dissuading me a bit (along with the fact that it's about a 90 mile drive for me); I'm going to try and research it a bit more so I can go when or if they ever run a dance special of some sort.

In the meantime I might try for NW Indiana to see if I luck out there--to me $10 is the value sweet spot for dances, and there are still some places that offer that (All Star in McCook, IL; Temptation in Gary, IN; certain other IL and IN clubs that run specials such as Club 390 on Wednesdays, etc.).
