On Aug. 30 the city Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection issued a cease and desist order because the establishment reportedly has no massage license, a department spokesperson said. In addition, citations were issued for other rules violations, and a closure sticker was posted on the entrance, the spokesperson said.

On Sept. 23 inspectors revisited the site and issued citations for operating without a regulated business license for a massage establishment, failure to display a business license, operating after a cease and desist notice, and removal of a closure sign, according to the department.

In addition, under the site's zoning a massage establishment is required to obtain a special use from the Zoning Board of Appeals. A special use has not been issued.

A new city closure sign reportedly was posted on the entrance last week, but it was not there a few days later, and customers reportedly could be seen entering the business after Sept. 23.

Went in the morning, which I do not recommend. That was my first and last time there. MT was not attractive and although I still did L3, the massage was so-so with minimal teasing. An investigator posing as a sex buyer arranged a meeting with the victim on Friday afternoon at a motel in Cicero. When the victim arrived at the location, investigators recovered the victim and took Tervon Moore, 30, of the 4700 block of South Martin Luther King Drive, into custody.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Investigators subsequently learned that Moore had the victim engage in sex acts, posted ads on the websites, arranged dates with Johns, and collected the payments – taking half of the proceeds for himself.

On Saturday, the Cook County State's Attorney's Office approved felony charges of Class X Involuntary Servitude of a Minor <17, Class 1 Trafficking for Labor / Benefits, and Class 1 Trafficking for Labor / Recruits.

Moore appeared today for an initial appearance hearing at the George and. Leighton Criminal Courthouse, where he was ordered detained at the Cook County Jail pending trial.

Meeting a working girl isn't illegal. That's set in stone in the Bill of Rights under the Right of Association. The illegal part is specific sex act for a specific dollar amount. Said person apparently owns a restaurant in Chinatown Square. The place on Parnell is called Prince Spa on RM, but I've never seen any signs of activity when I've scoped it out over the years.
