It is sad that I have not come upon any in the Chi area as yet that do so. I have received FS in almost all other AMP I have been to outside of Chitown. If there are any places in Chitown worth visiting please let me know.

If you look at the way they are operating now. They are not posing as new SP's. They are actually arresting existing SP's and then using their (the SP's) computer to post ads. They use the SP's cell phone to handle calls, scheduling etc.
It is really very dangerous these days. You never really know which SP has been busted and turned over for the cops.
This happened before (in MI) where they arrested the SP. Found coke and weed on her and told her that she was going to be in for a LOOOONG time, unless she co-operates. They then used her cell phone, laptop etc to schedule ads, got her to answer her own cell while they sat next to her and recorded the whole deal.
They busted 21 people in 4 days. Almost all her regulars. Scary shit.

The only thing that struck me as odd was that on another site, she is listed as bust "D", and in her backpage ads, she looks like a "B". Is it really the same chick?

Why would they waste time using an existing SP's phone when their own fake CL ads and cell phones would be just as effective at catching guys?
