Right or Wrong, we know in this hobby that once the service has started that there is little to no chance of refunds or partial refunds.
I am quite suprised that when you called and told them she was on her period that they even talked to you, since technically you only paid for her time and anything that goes on between the parties is between the parties. Agencies maintain deniability, or try to at least.
I would have expected them to say "We do not know anything of your visit, your fee to us covers the TIME with the companion and not the activities that you and she engage in."
As far as some kind of compensation, well if you are an established client, with a history of repeated use of their service on a regular basis, I say yes, you could expect some kind of compensation. Either a discount on the next fee, extended time, perfered booking with a paticular lady, something along those lines.
