If anything, AMPs are careful not to cause a neighborhood to become run-down, because that'll invite attention from LE.

I just returned from a visit to DC and had some time to walk around and scout out the stops listed elsewhere.

I walked past Happiness and Royal and agree it is annoying to have the tour agents lounging next to the door of Happiness. It looked to me that 520 is permanently chained shut.

Unless I am mistaken it looked to me as though 602 11th st NW is undergoing rennovation and that place is probably closed.

Not sure how much to post these days but the situation has been so bleak I did some exploring today.
