I am not black so it's not up to me to decide what is offensive to POC. Some things are established to be racist, such as when a white person uses the and-word against a black person. The "If you don't vote for me. " line was new, and 90% of black voters decided that Joe Biden deserved to be president based on entire history; not just cherry picked moments.

So, did Joe Biden say it? Absolutely. Did the black community think it disqualified him from representing them? 90% said no, it doesn't, and voted for him. 90%. It wasn't even close.
