I did post on "what is going on with Mandie" because I've been trying to contact her for the last two weeks with little to no response. But today, I finally got a hold of her. We set up an appointment for a hour session. Unfortunately I never got to see her because I made a terrible mistake. According to her.
At first I was afraid I was going to be late because I didn't know the area. That, and didn't know much of the construction to the roads and traffic lights. When I got there, it was on the dot. Now I understand if you're going to be late, then what is wrong with sending a message saying "I'm running late. I hope that would be okay? From her perspective, my mistake was getting out of my vehicle and walked around the place because I wanted to stretch my legs. On the other hand, I do admit it's an odd decision I made. For safety reasons, no one shouldn't be doing it. Arriving early to scope the place makes sense than wondering around on foot. However, if you're waiting in your car for 20 minutes, then you might as well leave the area. Someone could look at you inside your vehicle wondering why hasn't that person get out of his car already? Why wait for so long and not get a message saying someone is running a bit late? These kinds of questions are important when you schedule a session and both parties should be on time. Again, if someone is unprepared, then let them know ahead of time and see if changes are necessary. These tips, I believe, are good to know.
