People on boards like this only make up a small percentage of guys who will.

Come down to Suckersville LA and signs up with booker who promises $360. Two weeks later moves on to 400 booker. Lasts only 1 week. Moves on to another booker that's 280 advertising BBFS but hides that fee as negotiable with provider.
When you have a choice, go with the bookers who haven't raised prices.

Tipping will depend on what level of service you received and whether you were satisfied or not.
