Chie is Japanese, gives excellent massages, is married and does not give extras. There are a couple of other girls who rotate through there regularly, but I doubt any of them will risk their jobs there by working on the dark side.
The rooms are not sonically isolated from each other. Two of the rooms share a single A/C unit through a cutout in the dividing wall.
