I stopped by Shell for some gas on Hudson. I made eye contact with a fat WSW but I had no interest in picking her up. She began to waddle across the street like a turtle toward my car. Then some woman hit her! It looked like the car the lady was driving had already been in a couple accidents. The lady driver helped the fat WSW to her feet and I guess the fat WSW didn't feel like calling the cops. I filled up and the tank and continued on my way.

I can confirm that Philly is definitely a SW haven. Although the quality on average is not as good as some of the better ones on Sullivant, there are definitely a boatload on Kensington there.
Tampa on the other hand is not even as good as Sullivant currently and the quality is horrible on average. I would pick Sullivant over Tampa any day.

Was put on the bike for a bit earlier and saw Mia walking from the bottoms towards the Hilltop. Really considered scooping her on the bike but I don't have a lot of secluded spots, more of a hide in plain sight monger and it's hard to do that on a motorcycle. She's a rare sighting for me but one of the few I'd scoop multiple times.
Had high hopes for seeing Teeny, but only saw few others in Hilltop, and rode on up to Wendy's for a meal. Checked the Bottoms, but none in sight.
