Have friends with small businesses and they have had people work 1 day and then quit and get on unemployment (reason for quitting, felt unsafe due to Covid). It has just changed in SC where those drawing unemployment (State plus Federal) have been required to apply for jobs electronically. Again, they send in a resume, accept the job, but never show. State of SC is saying that you must at the minimum show proof of application. As of Monday, there were 30,000 folks that didn't even bother with that and they indeed may get cut off. Lots of ways to game the system and the point being it may be closer to the fall before most of this fraud shakes out. If the system is similar in GA then it can definitely drive behaviors.
