Don't know what your missing
I go by the Sentinel's suggestions and runner up for steaks was Stefano's Grill, this is a mom and pop and has the best steaks I have ever had. Very under the radar but they win awards left and right because its amazing food. Scratch Kitchen says everything about a place in my eyes.
On the topic of steak houses, because I love them. Ruth's Chris is one of my least favorite. Each time I've had a negative experience.
For a chain steak house in Orlando, I'd recommend The Palm. Yes it's in the touristy hard rock hotel but drinks, steak & service have always been on point. Their 3-cheese potatoes are to die for! You can also go down to the bar in the hard rock after for some drinks and sometimes live music.
Second from The Palm on the topic of chains, I'd recommend Morton's. Especially if you love onion bread, their bread is awesome!
For the best steak I've had in Orlando, visit Christner's (used to be Del Frisco's).
If you're looking for a little more unique cuisine outside of the typical steakhouse offerings, check out Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria.
Outside of steakhouses, my new favorite restaurant is hands down Highball & Harvest at The Ritz. Especially if you love all varieties of whiskey, this is your place to go!
Now I'm hungry!
An open letter to Just Jenna AKA Porky
You seem a little quiet these days Porky. Maybe I was too hard on you. Looks like I won by TKO!! LOL!! Now you will say how busy you are and blah blah blah but just know I have zero sympathy for you Porky. The fake reviews, the multiple user handles, the glamour shot photos have all caught up to you. Like my dear friend Savanna told me the other day, YOU Porky are your own worst enemy / Constantly putting people down and putting there neighborhoods down and you non stop shitty attitude and being a phony person. I have always said you were a LOSER and I was right and no one here believed me on this board except my dear friend Savanna. So again I hope your FAT ass stays gone and not return. No one will miss you Porky.
Checkmate.
I like this little place called Rodizio
It has been almost a yr since I gave up meat but the palms did have a banging steak. Possibly the best I have ever had. They have awesome prime rib and crab cakes too.
Those chessy potatoes are off the hook.
Nothing like a good salad, a quality potatoes, and large side of cottage cheese covered with black pepper with your steak.
On that note I do still eat seafood. Where do you think has the best around? Especially crabcakes.
Xoxo.
Paige.
It's a churrascaria in Puerto Madero down by the water. All churrascaria's have salad bars (don't think Soup er Salads, this is really nice) and then the waiters bring different cuts of beef on skewers and serve it at the table. They will keep bringing it until you explode or tell them to stop. The bondeola is really great, but the best is the cabrito.
After dinner have the volcan de chocolate why cafe.
Recisimo!

My favorite place like this
I am a sucker for this type of place. In the USA they tend to be called Brazilian Steak Houses. My favorite for this, though, was in Nairobi, Kenya, where they included emu, crocodile, zebra, water buffalo and other exotics. All tables are outside overlooking the Nairobi Game Preserve. I can eat myself sick at a place like that.
