The room is well done, parking on the street is fine, and overall the building feels private, spacious and secure. I didn't see Lauren there, but did see Cassidy there. It depends. Much too subjective of a question. If you crave a special moment, and have the dollars, it's worth it. If you only make $30 an hour and don't have a huge bank balance, it may not be worth it to drop $360 for an hour of touching.
