Both sit in that weird, semi industrial zone between Vine and Spring Garden. That said, 9 VIP is just a few blocks from Electric Factory and ADH is just 2 blocks south of Union Transfer. So are the neighborhoods dangerous? I doubt it. But they are pretty desolate so if that creeps you out there's plenty of AMPs that are in CC (A1, Ludlow and a bunch of others).

Out of the 30+ times I've been at a Philly AMP all 30 times the girls have been under 35. Rarely under 25 but even the 35 yr Olds look 29/30 ish. I don't think you will be disappointed.
