Change your modem / router this would give you a new IP adress (vpn works but there are a hit or miss) just get a new one to be 100 sure. I say buy a used one for cheap.

Seeking keeps record of MAC addresses that have been banned so you might have to get a new phone or computer.

Use target gift cards to pay your subscription don't use your real name or names you used before (I get 100 target visa gift cards).

Don't ask girls directly for sex ask for their numbers or emails.

Idk if other ways work but this will 100% work.

My GF / ATF was banned from seeking. Looks like the girls have to be just as cautious as the guys. But I have girls that message me straight up for PPM. I guess the guy would have to complain? Why in the hell are you putting them in the command prompt to do something that won't work when all they have to do is unplug the router and take a dump then plug it back in. The IP they are worried about isn't their local IP address it's the public IP addy the modem is sitting on, ipconfig release/refresh doesn't change that.

Here's what you do: Open a browser go here [url]https://www.whatismyip.com/[/url] write down your IP address. On a desktop it will be "public IP 4 address, (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)on a smart device it will be Public IP 6 address (xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx)

UNPLUG your modem/router. Make a sandwich and sit down and watch an episode of some sitcom and have a beer. Go take a piss. Plug your modem back in or turn your phone back on and go to the above website and see if your public IP will be different.

Better yet spend 100 bucks and get a three year subscription to Nord VPN and change it as often as you want.
