Giving a hearty co-sign to previous reports on Kanon. Talking to Tyson's Girls or Private Liaisons, it's usually easier to arrange extras, such as they are since they tend to be far more limited, in advance. With the J-/ K-girl stuff, it seems more seat-of-your-pants.

Most of the agencies here have BBBJ as a standard (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think CBJ is a rarity here). So you can pretty much go in and expect to pay x amount for your basic BJ / FS, whereas the PV places you'll pay that house fee and hope you can obtain up to certain levels for upgraded pricing.
