Well, Ivy look like a case of multiple plastic surgeries gone BAD. I don't know how old she is but if I had to guess, I would say high 40 and she has gone through multiple surgeries. Body is decent but again, she is not attractive by any standard.
Would I recommend? Most definitely not.
