My experience only. The regular rate excluded kissing, DATY and BBBJ, and since all 3 are important to me, I opted for GFE rate. At the time, Kelly was at Foxwoods while Sunny was at Mohegan. I chose Mohegan due to location for me. Even then, Sunny wanted extra for cim despite the ad including it. She caved, but wasn't happy about it.
