It's nothing new. Who every purchases the property does so with the knowledge that there is a current lease on the building. After the lease is up then the new owner can renew the lease or not. If they decide to up the lease from its current price then the business owner has a decision to make. Nobody's is being pushed out of business because of a for sale sign.
