Which Fry's on W Baseline? Mesa? Laveen? Are you asking if it's common for 3 police cars to park near an AMP? I'll agree that I'm not going into an AMP with 3 cruisers in the parking lot, but without anything other than a sighting of some cars I wouldn't read too much else into it. Parking multiple cop cars in front of an AMP would be a pretty effective tactic to slow down traffic at a targeted spa (if I saw that I wouldn't go in, and I'd be unlikely to return for at least a few days, and I'd be checking this board for related alerts), but it's not sustainable and legally questionable.
