So, we took the time to go and remove the 'flesh' tones from our color pallet. No biggie.

Wells Fargo comes back and then says they they wanted all of the things that could 'squirt / ejaculate' removed.

This goes on and on for a few months. Until finally, someone who looks like she's underage (but is 18 per her docs) orders one online and her parents freak out about it on twitter.

Visa / Mastercard get involved. Wells Fargo doesn't want to touch us.

One of the questions that you'll get asked if you start to do your own payment stuff is "Have you ever been terminated from a banking relationship before?" and when you say yes, our last payment processor term'ed us, it opens up a whole new world of crazy. We were initially being charged 5% 50/ transaction, now we're being charged 10% + $1. 25/ transaction, and they're keeping a larger reserve for 180 days (IIRC, 25%.

You get some religious whackjobs who think that it's their mission in life to be the morality police and then you get what's happening to PornHub / XVideos, Backpage, and now * Alternatively, you can lock this up into the same camp that tries to legislate away what a woman can do with her uterus (elective terminations).

Sadly, after watching the current christian nationalism whackjobs basically get on their knees to suck Trump off (and then boo at him when he says to get the vaccine). I don't have high hopes that this direction will change any time soon.
