Turns out it was already saved in my phone under "Jordi from SA. " Never sent her money in advance, but she did tell me to meet her at the gate of an apt complex in Dunwoody several months ago. Got there & waited. & waited. Yep, she ghosted!

I just sit in the parking lot, parked in a position I can see the main entrance and wait til I see her pull in, then use an app to book the room when I see her pull in, or as soon as I see her pull in I get out of the car and walk in and just book the room at the desk.

The apps have a "lag time" when booking sometimes which can lead you to standing in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for the reservation to go through, especially if you use one of the 3rd party apps like [URL]hotels.com[/URL] or Priceline. If you use the hotel's official app I've mostly seen rooms book instantaneously. But these days most of the apps only save you a few bucks compared to the "walk in" price, and I'd rather pay the extra $10 and get the room more quickly.
