Most of the times have been late at night at the hotel bars or at the slot machines. Eye contact is key. If you see a girl alone or on the phone and she makes eye contact chances are good. Another quick edit after seeing the reply from a member warning you to be careful… yes you should practice caution. Second: I would have told them that you aren't going to fall for any of their BS threats or blackmail attempts, but they can try all they want.

Third: I would have told them to F-off.

Fourth: It would have good to post the link on the Forum in the Rip-Off Reports (if you have it or it was still active) that you originally replied to notify the Fourm of who this "provider" was.
