Too good to be true / things turning around?
Alright so first off earlier this week: Rendezvoused with Natasha on upper LP by a donut place. Not doing any type of toe stretching which was a relief. She's a black haired petite bubbly little thing. Apparently early 30's--plot twist! Said she's no stranger to the game, which makes sense as I think I've seen her in the past walking around primarily during the daytime. Rain doesn't even faze her LOL. Did some LE check and managed to talk her down a bit. Solid poetry reading not the best not the worst. Final performance deserved an encore, hopefully will be able to cross paths again. Also had a little bit of a scary moment when a car followed us for about 3 min (there's been so much heat lately, hopefully a combination of fall and recent prominent events changes things!) Aside from that, her attitude was next level and very welcomed with the recent heat we've been experiencing in this weather. Maybe things will cool down a bit following storm from a few days ago you can probably read more about in local news.
2nd off: took another stroll earlier today despite seeing a squadron of uncles swarming around the riverfront. Early evening. Back on LP as usual, this time by a general store known for its dollars. Fellas, saying I almost crashed at the following sight and broke my neck doing a double take would be an understatement: Tall. Short, black, frizzy and wide blownout hair. Absolute hour glass of a figure, bodacious W (S?) W strolling along in a cream tank top and cream leggings to match, holding nothing but a dainty purse. Found the soonest stop I could (one ways are this hobby's bane sometimes), waited, looked out my rearview after a few seconds and then poof--she's gone!
Perhaps someone can help me confirm the accuracy of the aforementioned "S" in the acronym above. With all the recent heat, I figured this was either an UTC or maybe even a local (but come on, who is really looking like this in these parts of town), but I really got strong working vibes. And, not to toot my own horn, but my radar has been pretty strong as of late. For what it is worth, pretty sure I've witnessed this siren before a little while back. Same outcome: same location, near crash, double back, by the time I'm positioned, she performs the infamous disappearing act. Feel free to message for more details if getting more to this story will help identify.
Some "How To's" on street scoops

Some around her refer to Lancster Avenue as LA and have seen ULA for the upper part above Union.
WSW = White Street Walker.
The girl you described sounds like Shannon = White China. Seen her the other day similarly dressed, walking with her BF or some dude across from Auto Zone.
Might I make a suggestion? Instead of writing in riddles (general store known for its dollars) just write Dollar General. Not everyone will get it and clarity suffers. Certainly if LE is reading this they won't be fooled. Just saying. Clarity works / helps.
As far as things turning around? They never were slim on the streets. During the stay at home order the streets still had as many girls out as before and the same amount as now.
Finally, what you described is all part of the street dance. So you pulled over an POOF she was gone. Make a few turns, run down cross streets, circle around. You want to do this for several reasons. First you want to find her. But more importantly you need to search the area to make sure under cover LE isn't around the corner or down the block. Why rely on someone else to tell you if that is or isn't a decoy? This is the kind of thing you need to KNOW or discover for yourself! Ignore that and one day you will be in cuffs.
You should not see a girl, stop immediately and scoop her. You need to be aware of your surroundings. I almost NEVER scoop a girl on first sight, Might scoop her on the 3rd pass or so. I want to know who is around before I scoop. Sure you miss a few from time to time, but hey, I'd rather be safe than sorry. But hey this is just my suggestions from my experience, fwiw.
Hope this helps.
Be safe.
