I saw that transient girl in the arrest records last night. When I hear 'transient' I've always assumed it meant they lived on the street, but really it just means they have no 'set' address but could actually be living with someone or somewhere. There's been quite a few attractive transient girls arrested in the last several months. The red headed girl I posted a pic of I saw wandering down 8th Avenue about 2 months ago I'd consider a transient, even though she had an address listed with her record. Anyone wandering the street at 4 AM like they're out of their mind is a transient to me, lol.

I was out this morning early, and was making long passes down 1st, and ended up on Parkway East by the Super Sauna. Around 5:30 AM I saw 2 very cute black girls walking toward East Lake right in front of the Sauna, and from what I saw I believe they were working. They were both very young, no older than 20 either of them. They had on Daisy Duke short shorts, and had their hair, eyeshadow, lipstick and jewelry colored in bright Mardi Gras looking colors. Just because of their bright colors they stood out, even though their clothes weren't loud. They were also walking 'in' the street, and when they came to the intersection right past the Sauna, they almost had a cop run into them as he was coming onto the Parkway, which made them realize they needed to get more onto the side. I saw one car stop and talk to them, but since there was 2 of them I didn't attempt to stop, as I don't like 2 people in the car at the same time. I was making loops to see if one of them might get picked up or something, but when I came back around they both were gone. They made it as far as the old Arby's. I still believe they were working.

I also saw something quite interesting during my travels. As I was riding down 1st, I came upon what I thought was a white girl in a red station wagon type Volvo driving down 1st, circling through Woodlawn and continuing down 1st. I never got a good look at her as of yet, but once I got to Oporto, she turned and went inside the Exxon. I saw from a distance what looked like a Chyna sized girl get out of the car and went inside. So I went in and bought something to drink as an excuse to get a better look, and as I was paying, I saw 'her' come out and go to 'her' car. Probably 6'2, had 'real' boobs, long hair, and a dress. I believe this is who I used to see over a year ago parked in front of the adult book stores diagonal from the Exxon. The only TS girls I've ever seen on 1st has been blacks.

My understanding is that LE avoids conducting stings on Fridays, weekends and long holidays, particularly in high crime areas. The jails get packed above capacity and that creates problems.

I was in court a couple of years ago on a minor violation and about 10 persons in front of me were there for driving on suspended licenses -- no one got jail time, but they all were fined and additional suspension tacked.

On a different occasion I went to a criminal court as a witness; I was very surprised by the lenient and suspended sentences which people got -- and most of them were already on probation for one reason or another.

One woman had 3 charges (indecent exposure, trespassing and possession or paraphernalia), she was already on probation for prostitution. The charges were reduced to trespass and all she got was 10 days, suspended.

So, I went back the next day to try to find her. I drove by the Anchor, since she had mentioned it, and saw her in the parking lot. I called the desk and asked for her by name and they rang her room. I asked coild I come by and she said yes. I'm not one to enter a hotel room but felt a bit emboldened that day. It was a mess. She's a real hottie, though and I told her she could do a lot better than that. After some drama caused by her stuff gettin stolen and needing a cover from the front desk and a visitor fee, all went well. She had a very good attitude. bbbj and then fs. dirty talk. nice perky tits. I didn 't notice any signs of drug use. she did says she was probably moving to the SKY, but you know how that is.

Ann is a nice girl. She's mid 20's from Tennessee. She's a redhead with long hair so she's not hard to spot. She got a real kuntry accent with a looong southern drawl, which makes her even more hotter than she already is. She's also the girl Dave Phd posted the small pic of a couple weeks ago. I've known about her for about a month now, but girls that are real gems I try not to put out there unless they get mentioned as it puts them on the radar of cops even more than they already are. She is on crack, though, I know this for a fact. Don't let her smoke it when she's with you unless you want to wait 10 or 15 minutes until she is over her 'tripping' as she puts it. When she first smokes it she turns into a totally different person, and if she's in a car has to have the inside lights on until her tripping spell is over. It probably would be best just to try to take care of business before she even goes to buy it. But I can deal with her tripping spells because of her looks, lol.

If LEO should stop someone with a SW who has a controlled substance on them where does this leave the driver of the car from a legal standpoint? Does the driver go to jail? Is the car impounded? Lot of issues here..I for one damn sure do not want to be at the curb on first ave trying to explain any of this.

Well I'll say this first, I hope my commenting on that isn't going to start a long drawn out discussion on the what and what nots to do in relation to driving around looking for SW, ala the seat belt issue. Each person feels comfortable doing different things in relation to picking up SW, and alot do things much more bolder than I would. Picking up a SW in the broad daylight right in the open on busy 1st Avenue with lots of cars passing on each side is something I wouldn't even consider doing, but I see guys do it all the time when I was and used to be out in the daytime. Having a SW in your car is always taking a chance, whether you 'know' they have something on them or not. Many times they're going to have a stem (crack pipe) on them, if not some type of controlled substance, without your knowledge. I guess if someone got stopped and a SW had something it would really depend on 'where' whatever they found was located at when they found it. If it was on their person then it would be attached to them, but if they dropped it and it was just 'in' the car then it would depend on where it was found. Someone is considered in control of whatever seat they're sitting in, and whatever is found around that seat is considered theirs. It just depends on the circumstances.

I also wanted to say there's a new tabloid newspaper in circulation around town presently. It's called Local Mug Shots, and we now have a greater Birmingham edition in print. It's on it's second issue, and I found out about it via a newspaper article Sunday before last. It costs $1 and is 12 pages. Basically it has mug shots of people who are wanted, interesting recently released individuals, sex offenders, celebrity mug shots (Richard Scrushy, Dog Bounty Hunter etc..), a DEA page, an ATF page, a crimes against children page, and a 'bad girls' page. I found my copy at the Conoco on Oporto and it has to be asked for as it's behind the counter, but it said in the article there was several places throughout the city that sells it, though I've yet to find any more. They have a website called localmugshots dot net. I thought this interesting as we might see some of our local SW or wannabe escorts in print, lol.

I think it comes down to how much of a dick the cop wants to be about it.

Roper apparently thinks that 200 bullshit arrests on small charges means more than a dozen or so arrests of real criminals or drug kingpins.

That trickles down to the cop on the beat who gets his butt chewed out if he doesnt have enough arrests.

So if he needs some arrests and he sees Mr Suburb with a crackwhore in a high crime area, theres 2 easy arrests if the cop wants arrests.

I think a number of years ago, an assistant coach at local university was arrested for pot up in Moulton. I think he had a girl in his car who had it and the trooper showed his power and arrested them both. Of course the girl could have pulled it out of her pocket and down in the seats or something.

But, they were both arrested, his car impounded and he was later forced to resign while saying he was innocent. And he probably was. I dont know how the legal case eventually turned out but the damage had been done.

And most times if you are arrested and theres no innocent 3rd party in the car who you can authorize to drive it, the cops ARE going to tow it.

Years ago, I drove through Moulton numerous times. I never saw a SW, which is who I think the coach had in his car. I was stopped one time for going through an intersection. I guess their main intersection too fast.


The speed limit was too low, like 35 , it was a 4 lane highway and there were no other cars around.

I was going a reasonable 45 or so and the cop let me off with a warning.

Something like that wouldnt happen with any small towns around here.

Tickets are a revenue source and growing their revenues is priority #1.

In dozens of times through there, that was the only time I ever got stopped. And oftentimes, I was going 75 in a 55. I never saw a state trooper which is who got the coach. His reason for being stopped, a traffic violation.

When SW are involved, theres always a risk. Just watch out for the little things, wear your seat belt, obey traffic laws,dont have a tail light out or any other infraction, be respectful to the officer. Might help. Might not. Cant hurt.

Even if you are arrested, its not the end of the world. They'll let you out in 1-5 hours even if you dont bother calling anyone. You pay $150 or so plus a cab to get your car out of impound and then have a court date. In court, they will see you arent a crackhead with muliple previous arrests and drop the charge. Or if you have two charges, agree to drop one if you plead guilty to "no seat belt" or whatever other reason you were pulled over.

The biggest problem....the impound yard wont take plastic.

I believe from the things I see on their website that it originates in Florida. The only place I know for sure carries it is the Conoco on Oporto. If no one can find it I'll scan some pertinent pages and post a few pics of them here.

My bad Clark I just looked at it again and it said Birmingham Edition. It is produced by safecity publishing. One of the guys picked it up for me at some station in Shelby County, not sure which one. Did see a couple of potential "candidates" though.

This Misty ? I'd have passed, too. This is the girl I posted comments on in the past back when she was over on the west side of town. Originally I saw her by this apartment complex neat the Phoenix club about 4 years ago, and now she's back on the east side of town. Last I saw her she had actually started trying to make herself look glamorus by making up her hair and wearing skimpy clothes. She used to always be outside this gas station I'd go to on the west side, and try to beg for money for something to eat. I tried to date her once, was just going to get a quick BJ from her, and she says she doesn't 'do' complete BJ's, she does 'a little of this and a little of that'. So I got the impression she was going to try to get out of doing a lot of both, lol. Then when I was through with her she wouldn't get out of the car because she couldn't find a good place to get out to find dates, so I finally had to stop, get out, throw her bag thing she had all her clothes in out and pull her out of the car. I've never tried to deal with her again, though I see her all over the place.
