I just had a thought. If she was walking towards the VP when you picked her up. She probably already had the diaper money. You could have waited a minute after you dropped her off at vp. And if she went in and came out with diapers. Offered to give her a ride back by her place to drop them off. And then see if she wanted to do.

Uncle would never use a 17 year-old as a plant but they could be aware a particular SW is under age and they would arrest you for contributing if they saw you pick up a known SW who is under age. Even if they didn't see it and know, if you were pulled over for a traffic infraction, they would look her over as an occupant. If things didn't look right they would ask for her ID and age. You could never explain your way out of that at 2:00 am.
Bad enough if she had pills on her which is a risk always present. Take no chance with age or any game out of season.
The age of consent in Indiana is 16. Don't know how that works with SW. S and SW laws though.
Yes, the age of consent is 16 but only applies to others under 18. Being over 18 may qualify you for other lesser felonies, not the dreaded CM. Involving anyone under 18 with $ exchange is a major felony. I have never heard of uncle using a genuine minor as bait. But I'm sure they have access to more than a few that look the part.
I thought the age of consent meant at 16 they could consent to fck. So you could legally fck them 16 or over. But you couldn't keep them out after 11pm. Or give them cigarettes.
My understanding is that 18 is the legal age. There is a "Romeo and Juliet" clause where if you are within 2 years of each other (16 to 18) you do not face criminal charges. I'm guessing no one here is 18.

Age of consent law in Indiana, the age at which a person can legally consent to have sex was 16.
But lawyers for young defendants accused of having sex with 14- and 15-year-olds now can pose a defense against charges of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Public Law 216 creates a legal defense, nicknamed the "Romeo and Juliet defense," against charges of sexual misconduct with a minor. The law went into effect July 1.
"The change in the law decriminalizes consensual sex among teenagers in a dating relationship if they are within four years age difference," said Larry Landis, executive director of the Indiana Public Defender Council.
The Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council supported and helped write the new defense. Executive Director Stephen J. Johnson said the change doesn't lower the age of consent.
It modifies a 1994 law that made sexual misconduct with a minor a separate offense from child molesting as a way of dealing with teenage sexuality, Johnson said.
"We did not view the new defense as a radical change in the law; rather it created what we believed was a relatively narrow defense for certain sexual acts among young people over the age which would qualify for child molestation," Johnson said.
The defense can be asserted if the person accused of having sexual contact with a 14- or 15-year-old is under 21, is no more than four years older than the alleged victim and was involved in a dating relationship with the victim at the time.
Sex with a person under 14 is still considered child molesting, regardless of the age of the perpetrator. But the new law could protect an 18-year-old from adult felony charges if he has sex with a 15-year-old girlfriend, for instance.
Don't get me wrong I don't go around having sex with 16 year olds. At least not since I was 17 and that was 30 years ago. But after this conversation was brought up. I researched the indiana laws. And it clearly looks like 16 is good to go. No matter what age you are. And I've seen 16 year olds with 3 kids.
After reading them laws it looks like you can leagaly slip a 16 year old the tube steak. But if you give them cigs or keep them out after 11pm you might be in trouble. Aint that something. Who writes these laws. I think id rather somebody keep my daughter out until midnight and give her acouple ciggeretts then slip her the sausage.

Now, [u][b]No One[/u][/b] here is advocating any relations that would come close to violating Indiana law, and I think we can all agree that it is reprehensible.
However, 16 [i]is[/i] the age of consent if Indiana.

I first reported this a couple of years ago. I glad they got their just dues. When they got me there was only one (that I saw). it looks like someone got a shot in on one of them. lol
There is still one left that I know of and they are West of State st close to Minnesota st area. They will get them also.
