Bring some dollar bills. Take any seat with a good view of the football game you want to watch. A girl will come to take your drink order. They have smoothies, orange juice, and strong Viet coffee.
Have a dollar bill ready when the girl comes back with your drink. Tuck it in her bikini bottom on her hip so she knows your not a cop. She may sit and talk for a bit, or maybe not if it's busy.

I think girls who are fully clothed and refilling your ice tea don't expect tips. But if they are showing, then definitely feel free to drop a dollar into their pantie or bra strap.
