Sometimes LE sets up a new joint from scratch, sometimes takes down an established place and reopens it, and sometimes simply raids the suspected places and calls it good. No pun intended. The Streetwalker Reports thread and the Rants Raves and Stupid Shit in Seattle thread are abuzz right now with this topic. While Seattle's SOAP and SODA legislation, awaiting the mayor's signature, might not directly affect Bellevue's efforts to curb sex work, it's a useful barometer of the region's current political will.

Got thrown for a loop yesterday. Went to Good massage to see LuLu based on others reports and when parked saw what appeared to be an older woman about 5' 7 little on the heavy side 50 ish in parking lot harassing a potential fellow Monger. I parked and kinda waited a couple minutes before getting out of my car. When I got out the lady in parking lot stared at me and I just got back in my car then she appeared to be taking a video or photo of my car / license plate as I drove off. Really don't know what to make of it maybe a gal from the dental office or local neighbor? Have any others had this issue.
Anyway that kinda spooked me so drove down to Tokyo spa (formally Bliss) at the door was greeted by gorgeous Megan and Blue. Only brought enough for 1 but was offered a 4 hand massage.
