I set up an appointment the other day with Jaida from Luxe and was stood up. Very disappointed. I have not been to the new location and was told to call the next day when I was on my way for the address. Called 30 minutes out, 10 minutes out, again upon arriving in the general area and two more times after with no luck. I was disappointed but still had the urge so I tried a walk-in at TOP.
