So. I've seen this a few times on adds and was told this as well. It basically comes down to "uncovered Greek is ok but no cip, cim, and BBBJ. If someone can please explain to me why uncovered Greek would be OK but none of the other 3. I must have missed something in health class. I'm going to find some the ads I've found that say that. Or ask me who told me that.
