Unless you knew this girl previously, I believe you may have taken a serious risk by agreeing to anything through your window. Putting aside any common "rules of engagement," most SWs know that most men will not discuss anything with a SW through the window. The only time I ever saw a sting was a time when I went into DD. I got back into the car and saw a SW come up to a car to my left. She talked to the guy, through the window, for maybe 10 seconds and then LE swooped up behind the guy's car. That is about as close as I want to get to a sting.

I have never heard of a actual confirmed case where the decoy got in the car & drove off. I have seen where the decoy will step in the car & the cops will bust the guy before he drives off.

More likely for a reverse sting (cop is the john) to allow a SW to enter his car instead. Too many dangers letting a female undercover cop get into a car with a unknown guy.

I've seen, and also heard, that the warrant detail (usually driving unmarked dark colored SUVs) will stake out a SW or SW hotspot and wait for someone to pick up the girl. They'll then swoop in and make a traffic stop. They'll either try and get the bust for solicitation if the guy is stupid enough to cop, or at least they will have the chance to run the guy for warrants, and if he has any, arrest him. I've seen it at least two times, where the SW is let out of the car straight away after the stop and told to beat it. The warrant detail seems to have been focusing purely on the johns, and could care less about the SW. I guess they figure they know where they are and can pick them up anytime if they have a warrant.

After getting stopped a few times over the years after just making the pick-up, I've made it a habit to never ever discuss services or pricing until I know (a) she def is not a cop and (be) nobody followed me after the pick-up and feel safe. This is my first winter on the K and I haven't figured out where the SWs hide yet. Where and when do the SWs go to either 7-11 or DD and which stores are we talking about (Erie, Ontario or Allegheny?) Are they inside or hanging around outside? If you help me find them I'll share the knowledge.

I have been mongering on the K for a long time, but I have not become a member here or contributed until just recently. There seems to have been a lot of complaining about the relative unavailability of girls on the Ave recently mainly due to this strangler guy, who they now appear to have in custody. I did notice a drastic pickup of LE during the holidays and while they were looking for the strangler. Things are back to normal now.

It only took me one pass from north to south to scope out a number of good possibilities. There were many new faces. At least they were new faces to me and, like I said, I have been dating girls on the K a long time. There was the usual posting at Buckius, some fugly, fat, older WSW. There was a really pretty spinner at Sedgley but she was on the other side of the street and another monger had already stopped and was talking to her through his window. I sometimes like the thick ones if they are both young and pretty, but I opted to keep going and see what else might be available. Further south there was a fat, fugly blondie at Ontario. There was a thin so-so looking stringy-haired brunette waving down cars a block further down from the 7-11. The really good ones don't need to be doing that. But, it took me maybe 3 or 4 minutes to figure out that the DD in question was the DD mentioned in this forum. It took me four years to figure out it was on the corner of Kensington & Torresdale and not Kensington & Erie. So sue me.

It took me a couple of minutes to find the girls and 4 years to find out where I was at; that is funny.

In fact the only reason I would turn right onto Torresdale when northbound on Kensington would be to either check out DD or else cross over by McD's to head back down the K. It wasn't until there was some posting a while back about Torresdale SWs that I took notice of the street name change.

All of which is to simply say that perhaps KK might consider not coming down quite so hard on CJ over such a petty geographical slip. Some of us are sign readers and others aren't. And there are no "greaters" nor "lessers" in mongerdom. This forum has a rather democratizing effect on us all.

BTW, I enjoyed KK's post about Holly and Chrissy. Will keep an eye out for them.

My latest foray to the K (it's Avenue, not Street) showed an above-average presence of LE, but it was easy to make a pickup on one of the side streets. Short term, things will ebb and flow with the election cycle. Long term, I see signs of the neighborhood getting more upscale. I bet twenty years from now the epicenter of PFP (pay for pussy) will have moved from K&A west towards Broad Street and / or north towards Juniata.
