Thank you to many of the senior members, and your PM advice. While many of you had different comments to make about our local message board bully, all of you ultimately recommended use of the "ignore" feature.
Prior to installing the "ignore" function, I took a moment to peruse all the recent additions of information that some of the posters on this site have made. Oddly enough, some have not seen fit to post many reports; only to deride those who do, or to add their own snippy comments. Weird.

Figured I'd brighten some seniors day. You have to go back more than a year, but several of the seniors used to see this ass a good bit. Let's see who gets it right. No more clues for now.
