I just inquired about the compatibility of the various "enhancement" meds with my status and she (the nurse practitioner, who was taking that particular appointment) started throwing samples at me. As with TJ Dog's experience, doctors and nurse practitioners do not prescribe one solution, because the effectiveness varies. The blue pill does not work for me at all, nor has any other I've tried except see. I've got super high blood pressure and one of the medications is a vasodialator, which can work against the erection mechanism. Best result for me is to delay the BP meds until after I've had a session.

I'm 30 years older and decreasing libido is more of a problem. No medicine solves that. Natures vicious irony, since everything else: willing (paid) companion, funds, time availability; everything else is aligned for endless fun.
