I just spent 2 weeks on the Grand jury and got a great insight on how the system works, who is seen as credible, and their interest in only pursuing legitimate crimes and criminals. I heard a couple legit kidnapping cases and listened to the prosecutors carefully. Driving a crackhead hooker to the police station because she's trying to extort you is not going to get an indictment for kidnapping. It's more likely if she's stupid enough to walk through the front door that it will be you testifying against her for a class 3 felony for extortion.

This situation is one more example of the great value this forum provides. You can't make up or even begin to anticipate the stupid shit some of these women will put us through, always good to know one more thing that can happen and be ready for it.
