What's good for us ie, avoiding bad product, is bad for them. And vice versa.

To the seller, it's not the customer satisfaction that is important, it is the OPTICS of customers having such satisfaction.

If you give internal feedback that a girl is wack, they will be happy. If you publicly give the SAME feedback they will get mad. What does it tell you about the seller?
