Not saying she's not the bestest, most heart-of-gold, pretty woman hooker ever, but there's a better than zero chance that if she detects you are vulnerable to being a human ATM, she'll do it because you are being weak.

I've got an investment property with an extra unit available and I've been thinking about what I can do with it.
