Sometimes it will be taken from them to repay a debt or just for revenge or jealousy or being jailed.

There are also a few more reliable SWs who do keep the same number for weeks or months. Ria is a good example. She's had the same number for months. Advertising on BP is more beneficial for them when they can keep a phone.

An opposite example is Jessica Sta...... who likes the Haven and Swan around Sligh and Nebraska. She does not see any value in having a phone. I think she works more with her animal drives and instincts than with her brain. That may have something to do with why she has been arrested five times in the last year.
