Sending money to a provider safely
Electronic Funds Transfers might be different from one source to another but I think they all require registration with I'd verification before you can send it. If you're going to swipe it, no registration required. I could be wrong, good questions for our resident CPA Charlie 441.
I suspect you used the term ETF colloquially. That is a rather specific type of bank to bank transfer of money, and it is not private.
There are other options. Bitcoin, obviously. Paypal. A prepaid card will work, as will a gift card. But don't get one of those cards that can be reloaded, as they require registration.
Bottom line, don't prepay for massage. Some legitimate providers may request a modest prepayment as a way to verify that you aren't wasting their time. But the good ones generally will work with you on other options to get started. The scammers always demand prepay.
That's my humble advice.
