When I called I made sure the masseuse who answered was not Yuki, and got PinPin. Her massage was good (and no interruptions) and I left satisfied, but stilll not as good as my first time there with? (need to get her name). I made a point to say how poor I found Yuki's massage, and PinPin got the message. Don't know if anything will happen.
My advice is to phone in an appointment and be sure to ask who answered the phone.
