I've seen this ad in a couple of places over the past week. Best guess is this is a scammer. Signs: it is not Coco's normal number (ending in 5211, I believe); asking for a deposit; Coco was pregnant a bit ago and either still is or just had the kid; not from area is also garbage as she's been here for at least 2 years that I know of.
