Was at Paradise Tuesday afternoon. Got 3 dances. I was like on of only 2 maybe 3 customers there, and there were about 8. 10 girls working.

I have a question about Devon. I have only read highly negative reviews about her and that she is a ROB that doesn't perform as promised. I got a dance with her a month ago and only after the dance found out she was Devon (I have trouble asking their names before the dance, a lot of the times I can't hear their name correctly due to the music / noise). She did seem a bit distant and immediately offered me extras for an additional tip. I declined as I just wanted a dance. I would rate her dance as a 2 on the DVCOI yahoo group scale, which I consider to be average (though she didn't seem too into it).
The dance got me ready so I eventually paid for a handshake and she did put a lot of effort into that (probably because of the additional tip). All in all, I didn't think she was as bad as previous posters have mentioned. I have definitely had worse dances at DVCOI. Can someone give examples of what she does that makes her so bad?

Doesn't seem she means to be evil like other ROBs, but she's as profoundly stupid as she is adorable and comes across as not even knowing what she's supposed to do in a lap dance. I can sorta see what you mean about her not knowing what she's supposed to do, from her demeanor, I can easily imagine her chatting away with you.
Here's a detailed account of my experience. She basically immediately offered a HJ for $20 or a CBJ for $40. After a sec, I think she thought the price was too low and then raised her price for $40 and $60. I declined and just got a lapdance. She pretty much gave me full access up above, I didn't try below. She did chat a bit about her stage dance. I wasnt expecting to much but after a minute or two I got warmed up and opted for a HJ. Waited for a 341 and got one of the better ones. Lame dance, limited privacy. Tried another dancer to be sure on the next 341, same situation. I'm guessing VIP is the only place worth while. I also had the feeling both dances were cut shorter than 3 songs worth of time during the 341. Went back again the next week hoping for a change in girls, had one dance and same result, so I left. Price for a soda or water is a bit excessive too, I mean what the hell? I already paid to get in and you don't have alcohol, just give me a coke.
Deja Vu after Synn that night, far better experience, in fact a very good club. The place has tons of seating, the talent its diverse, good, and plentiful, pretty much whatever you want is available. 3 for 2 specials at the electronic booths, it seems like there is little reason not to get a 3 for 2 here, probably the best deal around. Moderate-to-good privacy. Went through a handful of dancers, all except one were top notch dances and free roam. The bad one has already been mentioned recently so I won't repeat it. The larger breasted girls seems to be much more receptive than the small skinny ones I will say. Didn't go to VIP, but was made obviously clear by several ladies that getting a ticket in to there would have got me a fun time. Not sure the of the availability in the regular booths, but I'm guessing it would not have been a stretch. I would also be wrong not to mention, the hottest girls in this place are the waitresses, a few were simply gorgeous. Too bad the waitresses don't dance as they do in other parts of the country.
Paradise seems interesting, but I prefer betting looking ladies, and it seems that may not be the place to go for it. Might try Spearmint Rhino soon just to check it out, but after going to Deja Vu, I see little reason to sample elsewhere, considering the high quality for lowish price.
I do want to say as someone who mostly went to clubs elsewhere, it seems odd that patrons in CA clubs can simply lock down a lady for hours on end at their tables (not in dances) and this is tolerated by the girls and clubs. And if all the pretty ladies are in lock down, its a race to get whatever is left over. I've never seen that tolerated elsewhere, with the exception of high-class bottle service, where they ladies are drinking for free.

I'm guessing you come here from a place like Tampa or other large Florida city, or maybe Dallas or Houston, East St. Louis. Possibly even Portland, Ore which has a very live club scene. Not Vegas since they have the same alcohol rules that California has.
Most local guys who haven't traveled to clubs around the USA think its really happening here but IME, the locations I mentioned and some other cities have a higher quantity and quality of talent than SoCal and the clubs can really hop with party spirit. Still can't get over the talent I encountered all over Tampa and especially the famous Mons Venus. Shit, it was like the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders or SI swimsuit models were working there! I am friends with an ex-COI dancer who is now in a high paying legit profession outside California. She is drop dead gorgeous to my eyes, the best personality ever, and she was a wildly generous and enthusiastic provider in her club's VIP room who undercharged her lucky customers. But when she decided to spend her summer break from college stripping in Houston, she couldn't get hired in a decent club. Unfuckingbelievable! Oh, she was hot enough for sure, but she has a single prominent large tattoo and the Houston clubs had enough beautiful girls willing to work on the wild side, but still with pristine "body canvasses" that they wouldn't hire her. I didn't like the tat myself but hell, she was otherwise the most complete package you'd be looking for in a dancer around here.
I am a little surprised that you were so dissatisfied with the mileage and talent at Synn. I only go a couple times a year and always during the day so I don't know the night scene. But daytime has got some very nice lookers most of the time. Its true that most don't put out to the point of overt extras in regular booth dances, but mileage can still be excellent with soft sensual GFE grinds, mutual molestation, undefended flesh to grope and caress as you please including FIV.
You also run into the phenomenon of clubs around here that will be everything you want some of the time, and nothing that you want the rest of the time. DVCOI really qualifies as talent and mileage are extremely inconsistent and lately it has been a serious downer for me when I go. Usually during the day. But WTF, I dragged myself back there last week and a couple of dancers were just OK, but 4 very hot ones offered me reasonably priced extras in the topless booths. Actually I've experienced 2 of them and they never hit me up for a tip at all. However, I donated modestly anyway. I always tip for hardcore action and never for anything short of hardcore action. Hell, if nobody tips good looking dancers who are generous in their favors, then we just end up with droopy desperate sad sack sluts in the long run.
There are a few clubs around the area that have generally hotter dancers than you find in COI, but prices are higher and mileage is lower.
The problem around SoCal is IMO the lack of booze in the nude clubs. So you end up with a large number of clubs spread all over the place with low customer counts and low hiring standards. In cities like Houston and Tampa, you'll have fewer clubs but they will be big deal operations that are hopping and the top talent is consolidated, and its a party with the crowd being large and socially lubricated. Clubs around here aren't as high spirited. But there some clubs that draw a crowd on most nights, and I DVCOI is one of them.
You make a great point about the "lock down" situation which is hard to understand. Clearly SoCal clubs don't micro manage their dancers. Part of that could be about the economic arrangement where the girls have to pay to work and the talent is stretched so thin among the dozens of clubs that the talent is fat! If the girls feel like being lazy, most club managers won't bug them. Even if the stage is empty for long stretches of time and most dudes are sitting alone with a cup of water pissed off that nothing is going on. Though empty stages are not an issue in DVCOI or Synn. See, something you still have to look forward to.
BTW, one of the DVCOI dancers who offered me extras on Saturday afternoon was that "bad dancer" who you didn't mention. Yeah, I assume you mean Devon. I had a candid talk with her when she hit me up and she earned herself a measure of redemption. Will save that for another post.

I've been all over, and frankly there are so many bad and / or ghetto / gross clubs, that when I find a place like Deja Vu, I for sure consider it good. It is quite cheap- all around, and 3 for 2 dances, good mileage, good enough women. It ain't Vegas or Tampa etc, but for SoCal and considering all the other aspects of it, you got a good thing going here. Its not the pinnacle of hot chicks, mileage, or selection, but it is a very good combination of all of it, that goes a long way in my book. No alcohol sucks though.
I vastly prefer to drink and goto topless clubs, but in socal, these topless clubs are sometimes just glorified bikini or gogo bars, where girls occasionally take their tops of on stage, but dances, except VIP, are just bikini dances, kinda not worth the trouble and expensive drinks. Unless anyone can recommend a good one, I've been to a few over the years in LA / OC / SD, and they are all questionable. Even knew a few girls that danced topless in socal, and even they didn't really consider it a big deal stripping since they only took their tops off for 10 minutes or so a shift, if even that depending on how much they paid the club to dance. [For anyone who doesn't know, the girls pay the club a fee to work, some places allow them to pay extra for certain perks such as not dancing on stage]
I can see that these places may be hit or miss, I missed huge at Synn and did well at DV, I also go only at night so that will be a different experience than the day, especially that these places are open till 3 or 4am instead of closing at 1:30. It could make for some long odd nights. I'm guessing Synn would be a better daytime club.
Forgot to mention tips, I was hit up for them, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I just feel it out, I usually do not like to do unless in the same situation you said, but occasionally for a good performance I don't mind.
