FWIW, I just want to clarify that the red-headed Stephanie who I've mentioned in some recent posts is most likely not the same one that's being described here as a ROB. Yeah you were probably safe but your .20 wasnt safe unless it was looking for a half ass blow job. Heather is really going down hill fast she use to at least take a day off here and there but I think she is smoking 24/7 these days. Is the Melissa you're talking about the dirty blonde with big lips who always wears jeans? She is sort of tall. I've dated a girl named Melissa with that description, but I haven't seen her in a good while. I thought I remembered reading a report from someone which stated that she was in alcohol rehab? Maybe you're talking about a different Melissa though. Also, I'm curious who this older possible WSW you're talking about is. I've seen an older woman (35-45 prob) with dark hair walking around many many times, in between Brook and Floyd. The following events occurred in the 6:30-7:45PM timeframe, Friday, June 4th. (Why do I feel like I'm writing for '24'?)

Was passing through town today after a heck of a long drive, and using the reports of the last 2 weeks, I tried to hit some proposed spots that had given success to other folks here. First was Ormsby in the 6:30pm-6:55pm timeframe. Nada. Nuttin. The place is dead from what I can tell at this time of day. I saw a cute little blonde, but, she was obviously a civilian when her little brothers came attacking her with water guns.

Next, Portland area. Drove through several main and side areas, and did receive quite a shock when my initial pass through ended me at some sort of a street festival there near the water end with LE parked in several spots here and there. Decided right then and there that my next crossing should turn well before I get down that far again. After that, I had my one and only TGTBT spotting, and experienced seniors please comment/PM me on this PLEASE.

I saw a rather cute, pale, 5'8ish redish haired lass, in an animal print mini dress that she kept trying to pull down a bit further since it was VERY short. She had VERY coiffed and curled hair, in these 1 inch tight curls on her head. I spotted her just out front of the Save-a-lot at 7:12pm initially, then just past the Save-a-lot on my next pass through about 8 minutes later. I saw her cross the street and go up near Montgomery. I made small eye contact, pulled around the corner, she came walking up, in the middle of the right side of the street, on the drivers side no less, as I sat there faking looking at my cellphone, pulled along the side of Montgomery and 27th. She walked right past me, looked at me once, and kept going. I nodded, and was going to say something, but the curt look stopped me dead. 2 houses up she started going up the steps to the house, but didn't go in the front door. I waited a minute, and pulled up a bit, and saw a side door entrance. She could've gone in there, or cut through back to Save-a-lot. She was SOOOO dressed like she was working though, it was screaming of LE to me. I figured a third pass around that area would make it completely obvious to everyone else, so no idea which path she decided to take though. Would appreciate if the description rings true to a provider that someone knows please inform me, or if my suspicion was right that it was a LE sting, then that'd be great too. From the pics and descriptions that I've read for these many months about the working lasses being in jeans, tshirts, shorts, normal street clothes and not hoochie wear. I suspect either this was LE or some newb that thought that working meant dressing like that. Thanks in advance for ANYone that can give me some insight into this spotting, as it's my first sting suspect ID ever.

After that. I drove around a wee bit more. Traffic had picked up so going slow enough for my radar to work was becoming problematic. I spotted a few BSW potentials somewhere along Bank and 22nd, but at that point I was aimed out of the area and the big head was doing the thinking once more.

Any constructive criticsm or feedback of what I'm doing wrong as my spotting skills really do seem to suck ass lately, I appreciate it.

I believe she was a civilian. The reason is this, if she were an undercover working a sting, she would have approached and tried to get you to incriminate yourself. Let's face it the purpose of a sting is to catch someone, and LEO won't catch many people by glaring then ignoring them. You are right about the dress mode here in the Ville, up is down and down is up, the real working girls dress low key as a rule while the civilian "sweet young thangs" will tart it up, that seems to be the style. As for advice on spotting them, I wish I knew; I'm new to hunting the streets myself and have had zero success. If the more experienced posters who are seeing and catching all these girls would tell us WHEN (as in what day and time of day) they are meeting up it would be a big help to us newbies. Reading past posts gives us a good idea of where to look, but it would help to know the best times to look as well.
