Amora is my atf at the moment and has some of the hardest man made bolt ons and Scarlett does not. I've seen her plenty of times and this one was not her. Although Scarlett is an excellent pleaser. Your description of the Scarlett you saw at Kupcake closely resembles Yoji at AW than Amora. You might have seen Yoji at AW thinking it was Amora.
