Very good Thai massage, no comments when rebuking attempts to touch. No shower facilities, but rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. No discussion of payment until after the hour was up. Left. 3 in tip, which is the highest I'll go for a legit place.

All in all, not a bad spot to have near home for me, as I drive for a living and get a massage about every other week if I can manage it, but slightly disappointing.

Thanks, Backlash. I went, too this past Monday and had the exact same experience. It's a clean place, smells new. The woman doing the massage was quite pretty, but nothing extra was available. Just a legit place.

Yup ten thousand cars, I'm guesstimating. All lined up right across the street, watching me go in, an come out, as they wait to turn into the new store. Not optimal, if its discretion that you seek.

Nothing happening at the TU Center. I parked right up front. There is plenty of parking around the TU (depending on the time of day). Yes, they take walk ins. I'm not sure of the building number. Look for the pizza place across from TU steps. It's the door just to the right. Enjoy! I've learned not expect it to last.

I have posted in the past regarding "Tracey" who ad's on BP for realxing massages. I have been there 4 or 5 times. Today will be the last. I just completed session at albany sun spa. Far more convenient to go here than all the way down central to GS. Was greeted by mamasan who collected house $.65 hour fee and led to one of the many rooms they have. This is converted office space on the cheap right downtown on pearl street (not to be confused with AMP near cap rep theater). Attendant enters and she remembers me from GS. She was maybe 40ish average looks but, friendly and smiling. Very solid massage working out all kinks with the occasional incidental contact but not sensual throughout. More therapeutic. Thanks[/QUOTE]To each his own here but, the very first time I went to an AMP I didn't want to tip until the end. Who wants to be ripped off, right? But, nothing happened. I was bummed because I had read on some board that there was action there. I reported my disappointment and the seniors told me she was probably too scared because she didn't see the tip. The tip on the table is a signal that they all understand. Plus it makes it so you don't have to ask for anything illegal and they don't have to make sure you are going to pay them. Also, they know that you are experienced. Another tip I found is sometimes if you go to an AMP they will ask "first time here?" once or twice I said yes and was disappointed / overcharged. Now, I just laugh and say "oh no, not at all" They have no idea and now they feel more comfortable and they are less likely to overcharge.

As far as the minimum tip. I understand your point and I used to wrestle with it. But, yes usually $40 is the minimum and if I get beat at least I didn't jeopardize myself by saying something like "here's money for a HJ" or whatever. For me, it's worth it to lose a few bucks then deal with that potential horror.

Hey guys, After a night of driving all over looking for the AMP in Schenectady I drove to the one on South Pearl St. I looped around for a few minutes because I didn't know where it was. I read the review and it states the door to the right of the pizza place so I was looking at a big red door. So I finally parked and started walking to the door then I saw another gentleman walk towards the same but he walked to a door next to the pizza door. We chatted for a second and we stood at the door for a minute bc we didn't know we had to open it we thought it was locked. So we walked in and took the elevator separately.

I'm not sure who he got but I got Cindy. Despite previous reviews about her I didn't think she was that bad. A little older but ok. I paid for an Hour it was. 65$ I got ready and she went to town. Made a stop in at GS today. Early aft. I was hoping for my pick of girls. Seems no matter how many might be there I never see more than 1.
