In order from rt 58 there's an empty building with overgrown vegatation, the vet clinic, the ice cream stand with a small building behind it for a used car lot, a florist flower place, a consulting business, with some fields and green space in between the afore mentioned businesses. I did not see a massage parlor or any signs advertising one.

I can get a street view on google maps and found a light colored tan building. Dairy Twist 45721 US Highway 20, Oberlin, OH. Then just use arrows to find the building. Pretty cool. Too bad I can't read what the signs out front say.
