Those cameras in the south end aren't that new.. Especially along broad, and down to Wethersfield.. The ones you need to
look out for, are pretty small, so they don't stick out like stoner. (You're the one who said you stick out like a sore thumb!)
Ride along Sigourney, between Farmington back to Albany. The only place I didn't see one, was at Sigourney and Sargeant.
The one at Woodland & Ashley, is pretty obscured by the cluster-fu** of cable-TV & phone wires, but still
has a clear view of the park across the way, and the market on the other corner.
I've seen the ones in the south end a lot longer, come close to 15 years now. Initially, I thought, in my younger and
stupider days, were used by Hartford Hospital, to monitor for incomming ambulances, but, who is to say?
The one at Broad & New Britain, in the south end, has been there practically forever. It looks like a older style street-lamp.

IMHO, ALWAYS play it cool when there is a strong likelihood that YOU ARE BEING RECORDED OR WATCHED BY LE! Saw a bit on TV about how useful the spy-cams are in some cities and let me tell you, it was pretty scary stuff. If there's a camera, there's a possibility that if you do something you shouldn't be doing, LE can swoop right in on you!
I drove up Wethersfield Ave last night after leaving the Pike, and I see a blonde wearing jeans, hair to her shoulders, about 40'ish. Upon closer inspection, I notice that it's "Linda", a thief that likes to get into cars, tell the guy where to go, ask for money, then claim she's not comfortable there and that she knows another spot. Then she gets all crazy and demands to be let out of the car (of course, with your money). I was warned about this crazy b!tch, so I'm warning all of you as well. It won't be long, if she's continuing her stunts, that either she tries it with the wrong person, or L.E. throws her back into the joint where she belongs. Sara personally pointed her out last summer and told me about her. Although Sara's a thief too, her word has always been good, so I'd not take the chance if you see this old hag roaming around.
Speaking of L.E., I thought they were supposed to be cleaning up the South Green area (Wethersfield/Franklin). Not having been out that way in quite a while, to me it's getting more and more like another Albany Ave. Instead of getting better, it's getting a lot worse. Way to go new administration! I don't know about anyone else, but I'm making it a point to avoid that area after dark, it's ugly out there.
I haven't cruised Hartford lately. So i decided to check out the area early this morning is the early rain forced a rush of SW to the streets after midnight. The Ashley area were dead no one to be seen. There there a few fugly types on Whethersfield, but New Britain Ave was very busy. I saw four working the area..
Around 2am, I stopped and picked up a WSW named Melody, cute girl with blonde hair and big tits, a bit of a belly. I let her hop in my ride "to get dry" We drove for a while to find a spot so we wouldn't be interupted.. Gave a jackson to work on my johnson which she did a nice job on while i felt on her mellons. I am not into FS in cars but i was almost tempted with this one.. but for now i justed settle to blow my nut down her throat. I gave her warning but see kept going..lol
As with most chicks in Hartford.. no number but I will look for her again

BTW, on Wethersfield there were 2 Spic chick working onthe corner dressed like they were working and they would only go with you if they were both together. I didn't want 2 chicks in my ride for safety purposes and let them be. They were a bit thick but thats how I lik'em.

The Angie that I have been picking up might be a different one. This Angie is out on the west side, Sigourney and Niles streets. Cute and says she is 36 y.o but doesn't look old. I recall another Angie around the Wethersfield Ave. area a couple of years ago that was younger and cute. Both worth picking up. My Angie did give me her number and says she will not be out much longer. F.Y.I for Stoner this Angie does not really dress up. She looks like an average woman walking down the street.
Officer Arrested On Prostitution Charges

HARTFORD, Conn. -- Authorities have arrested Hartford police Officer Roberto Sanchez and charged him with one count of patronizing a prostitute from a motor vehicle.
Hartford police said Sanchez turned himself in Monday evening, after which he was released on a written promise to appear in court.
According to the arrest warrant, Sanchez was seeing a prostitute on a regular basis for about five months with the last encounter occurring about a week ago.
The arrest affidavit said that Sanchez, a four-year veteran, was caught meeting a prostitute in the Wethersfield Avenue area during an investigation that began after the department received a tip in August.
The married officer's encounters with the prostitute never took place in a squad car or while Sanchez was in uniform, according to the affidavit.
The department has suspended Sanchez without pay pending the outcome of the charges.
In commenting on Sanchez's arrest, Chief Daryl K. Roberts said, "It is unfortunate to see a police officer charged with such conduct; however, I would add that Officer Sanchez is cooperating fully with the investigation."
Roberts said he anticipates disciplinary action pending the outcome of the charges and the internal investigation.
Sanchez is the community service officer for Harford's Frog Hollow neighborhood
In the winter, Sanchez's wife was carjacked by a man at knifepoint in Hartford's South End. She was not hurt and officers arrested a suspect.

You know this poor cop did not want to get busted. Truly ruined his life on the job. I bet the detectives, really didn't want to go book him either. It probably brought reality to all the guys with a badge.
Maybe they'll be more understanding next time they take a monger down. Perhaps they are more like us than we thought. This guy might have hit the AMPs in Waterbury too until they were shut down.

I agree, but from what I understand from a reporter at wfsb, the sw is the one who dropped the dime cuz he wouldn't pay her on several occassions and she wasn't happy!

Just for accuracy sake, the guy is/was a 4 year veteran having a 5 month fling. A few previous reports keep mentioning 5 years. Does it make a difference? Not really, but you know I am kinda picky on details!

Yeah, and what they said on the televised report that they didn't put in the internet article was that they were doing surveilance on Wethersfield Ave when they saw him pick her up. I'm thinking the only SW in that area over the past five months with a brain in her head that could bring down a cop is Sara.

With the new job site I have been up and down Wethersfield Ave a few times recently. Two WSW stand out: one tall thin short red hair that I am assuming is Sara, and another tall brunette, hair down to waist almost, whom I do not recognize from any reports. Both seem to be hit or miss. Otherwise there are LEO's everywhere! After cruising for about an hour I got stopped heading home, completely innocent for once; apparently tail light was out!
Anyway, I know this was more rambling than helpful, but stay tuned. I will hopefully be visiting an old friend this week and will report back!

This place has really gone down the drain. As soon as I walked in, I get hit up for a drink by this poisonous chick jenna. She's a small framed blond with a big rack. She hits me up for some time in the champagne room, then the vip room and when I shot down both of those ideas, she gives me a standard lap dance. After about 1. 5 songs, she says I owe her $60. 00! Wtf? She starts to throw a bit of a fit when I refuse so I just gave the wacko what she wanted. Then she has the balls to hit me up fro a tip. F. You. ! The other kicker is that the whole time I'm getting a dance, they have a bouncer posted in the ld area watching the girls. Obviously, this killed all the fun. Unfortunately, I didn't see him until I had already committed to a dance. I stuck around for a bit longer and then switched over to the fully nude side. Here, they hit me up for an additional $5 to get in after I already paid $15 to get into the booze side. Wtf? Why I didn't leave now. I don't know. Then again, I checked my brain at the door when I agreed to a $60 ld so why stop here. There wasn't anything good on the nude side so I got the hell out of this place. I almost headed for eb but was so discourages, I just went home. Needless to say, this will probably be the last time I go here. I used to have a lot of luck during the days when no one is around. Hot chicks and no bouncers. Maybe I'll try again during that time frame if I loose my mind again but I will probably never return on a Saturday night again.

I saw her well more than a year ago while traveling for work and when her rates were much lower. I'd see her again but NOT at 400.
She has no gag reflex. You can push it all the way in and hold it there forever - not a problem for her. Bbbj-tc-nqns. She also does sailing voyages to the Greek Isles. She really is quite good but I've been there before.

Someone definitely dropped a dime and reported this guy ahead of time.
Realistically, if the cops are doing surveillance and spot an off-duty fellow officer picking up a hoe, the cops would just tell him to beat it.
Also, why didn't Sanchez know ahead of time where the surveillance team would be located?
There's definitely more to this story than has been reported.
From what I read, she dropped the dime on him. But that may be me connecting the wrong dots.
Remember, they went through the efforts to go so far as to strap on a microphone to her...so you know she was fully complicit.
As in all things when dealing with HPD, there is more to the story than they let on. They've had at least 6 cases of this reported in the past 3 years. We've all met sw who claim to see cops on the regular for some trim. This fellow is just a tip of an iceberg.
What you have to imagine is the energy and effort needed for a group of LEOs to conceal from a fellow LEO that he is under investigation, and the department is willing to spend money and efforts to nail him. Wasn't he part of the detail assigned to the South End?
Yet...front page today: South End is blowing up with armed larceny, so bad that a bank shut down drive up ATM service.
I was out tonight at 1:30am and came upon a young PR about 5 Ft approx 20 yrs and a little thick but really cute. She had auburn colored hari, and was dressed to the nines with great heels, very nice jeans and revealing top. she was at top of webster near NB Ave. I pulled over in conv. store parking and she was coming up the sidewalk. I was pretty obvious in that I wanted her but she walked right in front of me and didn;t look in. IO then thought, she wasn;t a worker. But some other asshole monger picked her up near Instite of Living. what gives? Was I not obvious enuff for you?!!

Perhaps you were to obvious? Kind of a personal question, but what race are you? I have had more than one girl tell me that she only goes with white guys. The told me their reasons. I bet there are also girls out there that will not get in a car with a white monger? Nice find, maybe you will catch up with her another time. One confusion point about that area is that you often have a lot of non-working girls around if there is an event at the Webster Theater.

I only hope that I can hook-up with her soon. there isn't much quality so when you get good legal but young meat thats clean and dressed, you want to taste it.
Your point is well taken on the race thang, I've heard the same things as you from the ladies. But trust me race wasn;t an issue on this one.
I must not have made eye contact with her and give her the look that she wanted to know that I was indeed wanting her.

She has a feeling you are LE. I cannot tell you how many time a sw has passed me up thinking I am a cop. I just keep trying plugging along and eventually they soften up, especially if they see you often enough.

Just did a quick pass through the north and south ends of Hartford. Most areas quiet. Concert going on at the Webster. Finally saw one decent looking girl in a well known south end spot. Tall, dark curly hair, slim, maybe hispanic. Definetly working, but trying to stay in the shadows. Even dressed the part with an off the shoulder top. Made a couple passes and finally a fellow monger picked her up. Anyone from the group?
