There are a couple of really crappy places on HoBT but Geneva, at OBT and Clarcona Ocoee Rd. , is the only real candidate. Just don't expect to impress anyone. I call it "rustic but clean" and the parking lot is off the road, so once you are inside you are safe. No ID required (although they do take down license plate numbers), $28 cash for two hours, they sell beer and condoms and the rooms are cleaned between uses. Of course use discretion for email confirmation / CC payment. If you use their App it will usually save a few bucks. Many of the Extended Stay America places can be had for about $50.

I decided to see Tinkerbelllover, had missed a good time that worked for both of us.
