BP is in Roanoke City, so it is not his juristiction, so I doubt he was taking pics. That being said, it does not mean LE isn't watching surrepticiously, so it pays to be discrete. I park a block or two away & take a stroll with hoodie or ball cap & shades depending on the weather. LE in other cities have been known to use cams prior to a sting on AMP, so good idea to take some precautions.
