FWIW, I haven't made much of any real effort to try a hook up. In the W4 M section, it seems to be mainly scammers, (pros who post their number,) fake pictures, some flat out fugly woman, or gays posing as women or gay pic collectors. To your homework, run any picture through google or Tineye & see what you get. As with BP & anything else, it it looks too good to be true, it probably is. You can also browse some ads elsewhere & you should see a lot of the same ads / pictures. Check & see if the stats in the upper right (slim / curvy / black / white / age / etc.) match any picture posted. I guess that ads that mention a specific part of town (Mint Hill, Mathews, Southpark, Cornelius,) are probably a better chance of being real. Doubt many spammers or bots are going to pick up on local locations such as those.

The MW4 M seems to be more real, but that's not everyone's scene,& there are some fakes in there too. I just see a difference in the way the ads are written, often looking for specific guys. Selena is still posting on the weekends in the MW4 M section & I so want to bang her just once.

But overall, I'd just stick with some of the reliable providers in the area & be done with it. Less hoops to jump through, & everyone is on the same page, so you both know what you're going to get.

People send you bogus emails, phone calls, or requests for money upfront. I rarely hear of anyone having success using Craigslist. I'm not going to respond to ads that are just going to jam up my phone and mailbox with bullshit. Craigslist is not a good place to meet women, most ads redirect to commercial sites or send you invitations to pay for something.

Over the years I have ran numerous ads on CL. As most on here have said, its not that productive, but if you have the patience to wade through all the BS, fakes, and scams, there are some gems to be had. I have met up with quite a few gals off CL. Examples: Met a Hooter girl from Myrtle Beach. Hot stripper from Charlotte. Met several avg to above avg gals looking for a sugar daddy. Met a former cheerleader from Wilmington. Of course, most were looking for "help with bills". After awhile of seeing responses from ads, its almost a natural to know which ones are bogus replies and which ones are legit. If you don't have the patience to deal with it, then its probably not for you. Often times it will take several ads over several weeks or months to ever come up with one that you want to put the effort into trying to meet. Obviously, try to chat with them for awhile, find out a little about them, and by all means, meet the first time in a public place. All pretty much common sense advice.

Like what is your favorite color or what city are you near? If the first response you get does not address your question, then you know it's an automated response and a waste of time.

I have almost been burned by the reload card scam. But if your patient and lucky then you can find a diamond in the rough. But yes, that occasional find is outweighed by a lot of chaff to sort through & BS, game players, & pic collectors. My guess is for every 80-100 or so communications, MAYBE 1 in 80-100 something actually happened. That's a lot of BS & low success rate to actually have a hookup, I totally agree about too many men & not enough women.

However for CloversClo, I don't know of any other swingers / couples sites that has more couples to choose from. The couples that I've met, all were really great experiences. Then again, there are a lot of couples & singles on there I wouldn't fuck with any of yous guys dicks! But we have to weed out the ones that don't suit our preferences too, just like the single ladies sort through the hundreds / thousands of single guys on there. As a couple, I'd choose AFF over CL any day, even though it costs to do any real searching or communicating on AFF. AFF limits what single guys can do more so than single women or couples. Having said that, there is the ability to be as private as you want on AFF, & on CL it's just kinda out there for anyone to see or any crazy to respond to.

I can't recommend it for single guys looking for single women, but for a swinger couple, it's probably a good start with like minded people. . and there are plenty to choose from in the greater Charlotte area.
